#57794 RE: chilling #57726

Chilling: I don't often agree with you but I do here. Mona II is not the CEO but IMO is having a toxic impact on the company. Dowling is running the company, but I believe the elder Mona thinks his son should be. He's pissed that he's no longer running the company, but he was not capable. He had the brilliant idea of CBD and is responsible for starting it, but does not possess the executive skills to run a $100 MM company. Dowling does. But you can't run it alone; you need a team. And Tomc and MacKay and the new CFO and some of the top gals/guys at the company are first rate. I worry that Mona III feels entitled to do more than his company. He's a good operational guy, but in terms of professionalism and experience, he's no Tomc, Dowling or MacKay. Who do you want talking to banks? Dowling. Who do you want talking to FDA? MacKay. Who do you want talking about the product to anyone? Tomc. IMO, Mona II needs to sit back and let the new leadership team to it's thing. Like many others, the price drop is related to a lot of factors, most of them external. But like you suggest, there's Mona toxicity that needs to be addresses. As Eldridge Cleaver once wrote, "if you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem." (I paraphrase).

The SP will recover; this is the best CBD company on the planet. But some toxic influences need to be removed first. All the best.
