I always recommend "T" to individuals that want to enter the market..etc. Not for the growth but for the fixed income. If today, you buy at the correct place in the channel and don't care if it goes red or green. The notion being that you will pass it down to your children and then they will do the same to their children.
It is a very good play for someone new to the market(or for balance). Boring is good at times.
