The management of both KALY and NOUV(well documented) have decided not to use the OTC as vehicle for their pubic financial disclosures. They don't legally have to report to the OTC so apparently they have decided not to.
The SEC issued a letter yesterday about the OTC broker dealers and market makers. The proposal is TO pull quotes for tickers that arent up to snuff on their public information. IN OTHER WORDS NO MORE GAMBLING ALLOWED ON EMPTY SHELLS LIKE KALY AND NOUV.
