You're assuming they aren't listed because of that. If you're theory were true, they're would've likely been a panic from predictive, with bs press releases trying to get the stock price up in order to meet the requirements. Those don't exist. In fact, there has been ZERO panic from the company.
I also never said it was planned to coincide with the HB piece. I said they may not have been looking to uplist immediately. We all got screwed by shorts but that doesn't make your argument true. In fact, that argument seems week when you look at the lack of panic from the company. Literally no one, predictive, nasdaq, etc has said they aren't getting listed due to not meeting requirements. You're making that up and calling it fact. It's not, it's your opinion based off very little info.
