Because you call now GRN HOLDINGS LLC you can put prior knowledge news on your website and removed day after right?...Every important news from every company you can find it on different fin.websites, but this one whas fake news or a huge fould from JC to bring himself in trouble with the SEC

exactly. not sure how people got dcgd ticker as twisted as they did to give the company a $400mil market cap as an EMPTY shell. the company just said as much two days ago in their own pr and filings:

The Company also communicates events through its authorized press releases. The Company remains a reporting shell company with no business operations to date. Its application with FINRA to change its name and trading symbol is pending with that agency.

at least the company has covered their tracks now by admitting that they have ZERO business operations and that it is an empty shell. how people are missing the signs here is crazy. they are not merging their private company or hedge fund with this ticker. they are not. they are telling you that. they are telling the public that they are stupid for driving up the pps to over $1 from .005 where they bought it. who in their right mind would be buying an empty shell with nearly 400 mil os at $1? lol when the company's pps starts correcting as the company comes out with more proof that their valuel is 99% below where dcgd is trading right now, it will be a very sad time and experience for many folks.

but, in the end here, i think the sec is going to suspend this ticker and it will end up on grey sheets. will also not be surprised to see multiple charges filed against those involved with this.

Obviously the stock moved big on the announcement yesterday so dismissing it like a non- event probably wouldn’t fly with the SEC. It appears to be a concerted effort by a group to manipulate the stock. from the very first posting of it as HUGE NEWS to all the follow up posts and tweets about it.
