But "Paid up Capital" typically is created when a company sells its shares on the primary market directly to investors, as in an IPO.

So im not quite understanding what the relevance is here.

Are you referring to Capital the company raised by selling Private Stock to private investors prior to the reverse merger into the TRDX shell?

$77 million dollars ÷ lets say 2B total shares outstanding = a market cap of $.0385/share or $.04/ share

That would be TRDX's fair valuation if this paid up capital is calculated into the OS.

If this is the case and the Asian management team that was this and all of its constituents know this then why are we still trading at a factor of 10x lower than fair valuation?

Its basically people investing prior to the RM and paying more then the company they are buying is selling for thru something like a private placement. This link can help explain it better I thing as does the video in the link.
