See...right there...why would the guy mess with putting out an 8-K back in July if he is just going to give us silence and a no website in the time frame...late I must add...of putting out the update of that 8-K back in July...I think he likes messing with investors to rub it in is my guess...what else could it be...this is like the third time he has done this.
