Not economical to mine when the payback period from production start is 2.86 years? That's not economical? Please explain the numbers.

What do you consider to be economical?

Nordmin has done extensive work for the company and as far as we can tell has not been compensated for it. Clearly they think this mine is economically viable. How else would they expect to get paid? Hopefully somebody chimes in with a more thorough answer than mine.

Tell us tedro84, what is your interest in Niocorp? Please help us understand why you waste your time with an investment that you clearly do not believe in. Let us help you.

Ok so they, The Bank of Hallgarten are *short* $10.00 on NioCorp
(?? $$$ ??) and you are here giving your interpretation of NioCorp so they can make a dime, because they are such mining specialists, that they must hire goons like Ecclestone, to scare up sellers, so they can show their shareholders a better average rate of return than if they were to do it using their own Think Tank abilities. Brilliant strategy.

I'm in! , How should I vote?

I am not an expert but there is an awful lot of expertise represented in the feasibility study. To suggest the project is not economically feasible at this time strikes me as preposterous.
