I don't know exact meaning of Yuan in Taiwan. I thought the website is for Taiwan audience and is written in traditional Chinese so Yuan means Taiwan dollar which is about $0.032.

So the calculated minimal pps should be $0.18 based on OS of 1853 millions and $337M investment. (My last number was wrong, it should be $0.041 pps)
