The RS is needed to protect KBLB from price manipulation. These are folks that infest this forum with their toxicity.

I don’t know about Banana. But, some don’t think he will go for the uplist before Thanksgiving. This would give more time to get the $4 mark. They prefer the idea of no RS. But, if you believe what KT said at the shareholders meeting then short of $4 by the time the uplist is ready (there are steps that once completed at a minimum should get us to $.35 imo) ... if there are surprises, surprises, surprises as was alluded to here on July 8th, then, we could have a chance to get there but more likely $.80 - $2 range.
