So by reading your post one would assume at least there was a possible spin off at one time? Why would the transfer agent be contacting Buzzy out of the blue? He must have been talking to them at one time about the LOFB spin off. This is a two year old story and no one has seen anything resembling a LOFB share in their brokerage accounts. Maybe Buzzy is so busy selling ice cream out of the truck he can't fulfill his promises to his VGID shareholders right now. Maybe looking for another possible dive to locate his next Hair Cutting Salon, Boise Idaho seems like a great place to set up a Hollywood themed barber shop, winter how many months out of the year?. LOL Still not a single share of this beauty selling so far today, at least no one wants to sell at .0001's I guess.
