It’s a tick tock situation for them.
They don’t want to take the price down because it attracted (yesterday) and will attract retail buying.

They don’t want to load up by slapping the ask, because they will have to pay much higher as OPTI is very thin and probably run +50% for them to fill what they need, which will also result in attracting retail buying.

IMO.
