I think that what you guys aren't acknowledging is that Fred was one of Steve V's main enablers. He went along with all the crap without speaking out at all, or resigning in protest or trying to oust Steve.. He just sat there while Steve lied during one conference call after another, for years, and knew he was lying. I'm unsure how you came to conclude that he's got integrity and is looking out for the shareholders.
