Are you suggesting PRED does not know about the listing requirements, for I assure they do as I was in a NASDAQ meeting when this was discussed and no one is concerned then or now. The big picture is all any shareholder should be considering.
It would be in the short sellers interest to go long and hold so it is sure to stay at or above 2 bucks per share as they would be guaranteed to profit on the Nasdaq listing or risk getting caught in a horrible position when it does take off. It's a matter of when not if. The fundamentals don't lie.
