Mr. Art, I agree with Blue here. I've worked with lawyers to draft more NDAs for our business, and have also signed a fair share of them. I have never seen one shorter than 1 year. Typically, they have a duration of 1 - 3 years in my line of work. It is not impossible to have a 1 month NDA since the agreement can be whatever the parties decide, but it is highly improbable this was the case. It just simply doesn't make sense to have an agreement this short.
