The company has done nothing illegal. The ones calling "class action" are morons. Now as far as morally acceptable, I don't think by any means these guys should be able to sleep at night.
They knew a year ago what they were going to do. Dilute/split/dilute/split... continue until they become profitable... which is looking like another 2 or 3 years according to the books.
People jumped on this wagon entirely too early. Come back in two years for the fun. In the meantime, you are only throwing money into an endless pit.
The timeline is EXACTLY like last year. Look where this was November last year. MCGI was sitting at .003. This will split in January when it hits no bid, exactly like last year... just watch.
