Rarely do insiders change their game plan.

Only way to Nasdaq would be an RS presented via Special Meeting when and IF HMNY receives a substantial offer which will make them flush with cash. It's all been planned out...we (retail) are the ones that have to run the gauntlet of unknowns. GL
