Here’s why....

You ask... “why buy a shell”

1) the endless possibilities of a reverse merger,
The excitement of having the next “msft”, “aol”,
etc..... these hyped euphoric possibilities that
are reinforced by some actually getting to a $1
which represents incredibly large percentage
moves (happened 2 or 3 times this yr already)

2) reverse mergers or potential reverse mergers
have always been sought out by otc traders

3) David Lazar’s reputation... get to know this
man. Unlike any other OTC ceo...

4) otc trades don’t give 2 poops about reading
filings and studying P/E ratios, etc.... it’s all
about the “juicy story”
