Tbh, I found it very difficult to understanjd that CDIX, a stock under a penny, could come up with 15 million in cash for this deal. Even the other 15 M in stock is hard to fathom when the entire market cap of the company is $2 M.

But $15 M cash?

I remember talking to Alex many times over the past 2 years and how they had no luck even getting $1 M in cash in non toxic funding to pay off their other loans. So to get $15 M?

I am not saying it is impossible and I hope they can pull it off, but to me this deal always seemed above their paygrade.

We shall see.
