I cannot understand that at this stage of Lerolimab we are only in advanced talks with one party and only for a certain market.
With the potential and proofen effectiveness of Lerolimab, which is for sure well known by BP for some time now, there should be a bidding war going on for some time and we should be able to choose between different offers. Instead it seems we are depended on the outcome of one negotiation with one party.
What happened in the last months/ year that it seems we have driven in a dead-end street with only one exit.
How can this be? I have only one answer and this is: Nader

There is only one interested party that has signed a NBA, there are other interested partners in discussions. Your claim that only one party is interested is not true.
