FWIW the last closing of SDFO took about 3 months after PA was signed. TBH I would rather see this continue to uptick higher before the closing happens. I’m expecting an 8k on that front to come near the end of October to mid November. $PACV could be well into pennies by that time and run very hard on announcement. Although we could see other updates from the company at anytime regarding sales or SnoBar distribution. Just think it’s still way to early for the closing news. Just my opinion.
