Merger deal is dead, like many have said, and many longs have refuted. Now this company sits with a $5.5 million working capital deficit, no cash on hand, and only a trickle of income from product sales. Dilution/toxic notes coming in hot, brace yourselves.


After extensive continued discussions and due diligence, the Registrant and 2705908 Ontario Inc. were unable to agree to mutually acceptable final terms and discussions have terminated. No further pursuit of an agreement is anticipated.
