I heard somebody forked-out the $29 annual fee to register a domain name, but I can't find a working site.

I also tried linking to the sites posted on the ONCI msg board, but they all time-out. Which 'working' site are you referring to?

I can't say any more. Inwith used to respond to emails, not any more. Are they still in business? Don't know.
