I have no idea how many republicans need to bring home the bacon for their HEMP related constituents, and the same goes for how many republicans need to bring home the bacon for bankers.

Those bankers are probably good donors too.

Then again there are all of the investments in property, plant & equipment, paid taxes, and jobs in various districts.

I am counting on republicans serving their own constituencies and helping to build a new American industry that can't be outsourced or gobbled up by Amazon.

I am hopeful SAFE Banking Act of 2019 (H.R. 1595) passes tomorrow.
