I doubt it was a witch hunt. I believe they got the evidence they needed to convict, but screwed up when the warrant was issued. Could be why they waited 5 years to make the arrest.

This stock will never trade again, they flat out lied to their auditor, hired three (3) censured auditors in succession, and omitted material information to the shareholders and the SEC. Used the company as their alter-ego for personal gain.

I would not want to be any of them, and we have no clue as to what information the DOJ has uncovered in an on-going investigation.
