I agree. Many of them just see these letters as a way to get $300-$500 for an hour's work. Or less.

Pena could be in a world of hurt here. He claimed in his letter to have the financials reviewed by an independent accountant. No CPA that isn't brain damaged would have passed on those "financials".

As we have seen over and over and over in other OTCMarkets "disclosure" I doubt he ever reviewed anything, and I doubt he ever passed the "financials" on to anyone qualified, if at all.
