So, please correct me if I am wrong.

The same Xu guy that did zmrk is doing hdii?

They both had the same pattern stop/yield signs?

Similar OS struture but HDII is lower?

Then all of a sudden on both zmrk and hdii in a matter of days a ton of filings/attorney letters were dropped making BOTH stocks current?

The hdii deal is much bigger than zmrk and hdii deal is medical?

Zmrk was up at one point after the deal and news 60 percent plus?

Following the same pattern and considering the same Xu guy and hdii deal is bigger with smaller OS, plus it medical, etc.. We are looking GREAT HERE?
