There is absolutely no luck needed here if this Asian management team is legitimate and can introduce themselves to shareholders by way of a formal shareholder introductory letter
1. What is the real SS? 2. How many of the related pieces of this merging company are we getting? 3. Why didn't they follow through with plans to go public in Australia in 2017?
I have no concerns about incoming management or their associated peers. They have solid resumes built over time and long-term plans to continue investing in their community. None of the dd leads me to believe this is a cash grab or a fly-by-night operation.
Considering I own 15 other Lazar tickers, I can now catch up on everything going on with those, as I've neglected them ever since the merger news on TRDX.
