I agree. The company has not state that they are giving common share holders a dividend. There was an old release that stated shortly (shortly is over) it wasn't impossible (although did not state likely) that shareholders (doesn't state common) might get a extraordinary dividend. (Extraordinary just means a non regular dividend not large or good).

It is possible (and under negotiation) that the Company will shortly be entering into an agreement to dispose of interests in the Mining Exploration Sector, which if successful, will result in an Extraordinary Dividend to our Shareholders.

Extraordinary dividend is one that is not on the dividend schedule. The only dividend schedule that GNCP has filed are all the ones for the preferred shares.

You should explain this to RON not myself.
