I agree. The company has not state that they are giving common share holders a dividend. There was an old release that stated shortly (shortly is over) it wasn't impossible (although did not state likely) that shareholders(doesn't state common) might get a extraordinary dividend. (Extraordinary just means a non regular dividend not large or good).
Extraordinary dividend is one that is not on the dividend schedule. The only dividend schedule that GNCP has filed are all the ones for the preferred shares.
