IMO...Ron was being interrogated based on a whiny/rude "promised us a dividend" e-mail. And Ron's reply stated,"No, (IMO...meaning he never promised anything!!) it was being considered; it was NOT stated as one of the DEFINITE actions coming. I cannot comment on a time frame" (That is the only thing he said NO too, so the status of the extraordinarily dividend remains UNKNOWN.)
