Time for the next NCAP pump and dump????

The float is not low. Outstanding isn't 123 million shares and this in not a CBD or MJ company.

Unfortunately nobody can verify the above numbers because the company stopped reporting. No reports for YE 2018 and nothing for 2019. Radio silence. Tons of floorless convertibles. No money. No revenues. LOL.
