and I have not seen a clean sharp absolute if that is 20 each or 20 together

buffer go to 20B is always used in a sentence with 3B each - so is it assumed it is each ? or why did they not say each with the 20B when they did with the 3B

In larger part I am thinking of squeezing the F and F cousins with less scope and dollar limits, high eventual capital requirements and other regulatory obligations etc.
