Big no....VIZC SS similar 2 50% of otc as 5 bil a/s with 3 bil o/s & unknown float...ceo diluted 700 mil during the early summer than stopped as reached into no-bid zone......so we have +$200 mil tax benefit debt with stock market at all-time high...+ 2 bil remaining from max 5 bil a/s...VIZC reinstatement most likely 2 accrue as necessary to close up on +$200 mil debt....maybe at lower offering but something holding this debt 2 not to be magnetized .....
