Please provide your facts then--as I have been trying to understand this Company for 4 years now. My banker says its "an elaborate debt conversion scam" End Quote. I say its been an tax loss for some wealthy individuals.

No scam here brother... Just a rocket in a silo getting ready to explode at the drop of an 8K... The scam days are well behind us as management has taken a new approach as they have been activity cleaning up legacy debt.
