Both possibilities have a chance. Huss came on board on 07-16-19 and a month later he filed saying he'd be late. That's all that has been shown, including the State filings still in Default. I'd say there's at least a chance to buy, maybe, half of where it is now. Just saying it's unclear and either could happen.
Every reason to be Optimistic here, that old douche bag CEO is gone and we have a new owner. Just waiting now for a filing detailing the REVERSE MERGER. The new buyer is involved in reverse mergers of other tickers why would I not assume that's the intended use here.... My guess he is working out the details behind the scenes for now.
