How many of the claims will respond 5%? 10%? 100%?
How long will they be given to respond and will they follow through on the threat of litigation if they don't respond?
What percentage of the claims are deemed worthy of following through if there is no response?
What is the cost per claim? The only way this can be cost effective is to send them emails instead of formal letters, but is that going to be good enough?
Those are several of the big unknown at this start of this interesting experiment.
As always the ongoing concern is the overhang of the 3 billion shares they are trying to raise at .0008 per share to fund this whole thing prior to realizing any of that potential revenue.
