After buying it, they learned the hard way all of the red tape that goes with the Pharma industry. The licenses required for that kind of endeavor is thick. After realizing that they bit off more than they can chew, it became their top priority. Because they became overwhelmed by that endeavor, coming into the market was the last thing on their minds because now money is at stake.
