PCTL has finally bottomed out....reality is this will slowly begin its climb back up, may move laterally but down is not gona be! There are many here holding 7 and 8 figure positions. I will be helping push the ask up when I see its needed. If you believe a stock is going up y would you not help push it also. Bid sitting time is over. The energy with $PCTL$ has shifted further positive and as Mr. D stated is being supported in multiple charting indicators as well. Huge opportunity here with all the potential news that may drop. Not seeing any reason to expect an 8K at this point as they seem to be focused on building and attempting to become self-sustaining. Its not a long shot from here to 2 to 3 cents which is 100%+ returns on your holdings. Time to get in the GAME folks!!!
