I Even if this is real site or not, it does not matter anymore. The damage is already done. Reverse split in progress and stock PPS went to .0001 from over a cent and a half.. But, looks fake construction site to me. There is no need to do construction work when you can just sell shares. This whole system of revenue-less companies writing their own ATM withdrawls needs stopped. Its time to send representative AOC a letter describing how this penny stock system needs regulated..
