Right, only the ticker symbol is not approved. It’s registered as Leaf of Life Holdings Ltd. in Nevada SOS.

The current company is not called Renewable Energy and Power Inc. anymore. It’s Leaf of Life Holdings limited. Read the last 8k.

Yes FINRA did not approve “name” change, but IRS tax ID number is different, it’s a different company. Once filings drop and FINRA approves new ticker will be LOLJ.
