Dunno what else Hayward provided NASDAQ Board to review other than the S1 offering, which may delay delisting. Seems like menu options open for them to choose our course.

Hayward has a couple pre-emptive filings on his active holder status. I imagine, unfortunately, he could push through a reverse split in a very shortened time period (maybe a declaration alone with him and monty and our last deep pockets guy forcing it up our... down our... ah through without us retailers.
