No they don't. Lazar usually gets shells where notes are no longer valid, as in contracts have lapsed or not valid with change of executives. The shares dropped were the ones Lazar made when he took over shell and those are minimal. I read the prior filings and those old notes are not on our books.
3000 shares 1000 in three seperate orders at the same time almost by MMs made this go down. No retail is selling.
