The PR of 9/13/19 reads--

BLDV is working with OTC Markets to finalize reporting done for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2019 to move to current status, and to be prepared for the first joint reporting by November 15th, 2019.

This statement was made with 17 days remaining in Q3 which is due to be reported on 11/15/19 (53 days from now).

I'm assuming none of the pre-merger revenue H360 generated will be reported on BLDV's books until the deal was finalized. The above statement says they are working to "be prepared for the first joint reporting."
