Nobody reports ownership in ECSL outside of the CEO so you won't see any reductions in ownership. Reduction in CEO holdings explained away without evidence as per the norm. ECSL isn't a SEC reporting entity so the standards for reporting aren't the same.
The share counts in ECSLs disclosures are private placements of shares. Any of those amounts could have been sold by now excepting those that might still be restricted which are less and less everyday. Another simple fact that is ignored. Those pp numbers aren't updated on an ongoing basis ..... they are just a snapshot in time.
