Now that's the kind of thinking I want to see here--so they use CDIX's ability to raise capital via accredited and unaccredited investors.
They then uplift to a better market.

From what I’ve read, I believe this to be true. They are basically hiring an agent with experience in helping multiple companies!

That's why companies go public. They need ready capital to grow the business. And it' this way cheaper this way than a normal IPO underwrote by a wallstreet bank.
