Umm yes...I think % gains/ losses are the only way...how else could you measure somebody in the investment world?
You know that I valet for a living (like everybody else here does right?)... I do it because I only work 30 hours a week. 4 evening shifts and Friday day shift (all 6 hour shifts) that gets me slightly later than my kids get off school.
