I don't think anyone is sad. I was actually out at a nice restaurant celebrating my soon to be billionaire status. I will use my billions to educate our citizens about capitalism.
As for a link for Total... all you gotta do is read the Kosmos litigation and see how Total also won its case in international arbitration. Because short sellers don't read these things is why they are in their current predicament.
When short sellers don't do their homework, that's what's sad... for them.
