This is setup for a run .. 1 for 10K seem to be a scare technique so Management or insiders could buy all conversion 1's..

If the CEO is the majority shareholder, I suppose this is a moot point.

Doubt he will tho at this point.

His voting power gets reduced after the post split (Nov 2018) dilution.
After Sep 30th, he needs another approval.
