that does not mean that the RS is still not in play at any time.. The have done what is required to RS at any time, as I noted earlier(officially), BUT, they can extend another 180 if they want( or they could go back to plan A, the RS)....the company has no obligation to tell us if the application was submitted and/or approved by the SEC...so, they can still do this as planned, and keep this in their back pocket until they care to play the RS card...the company does not care about you or me, they have an agenda to benefit themselves, ......management and owners have alot more to lose than we do, .....so do I trust them to NOT do the RS?? absolutely not....
