I always find the 'Netflix-will-bid-for-MoviePass' slogan humorous.

As is Ted saying with regard to a Helios MoviePass spinoff per the Helios S-1 filing, "we’re continuing going full speed ahead."

What is possiblity Netflix or Amazon to takeover this one?

Does not include investment in moviefone & half the studio in LA & mp ventures, mp films coming soon.....Axis Sally, The Reckoning, Boss Level, two more Bruce Willis movies besides 10 Minutes Gone, Trauma Center & others in the pipeline
Bruce n El very likely be one of Ted’s investors
Netflix very likely to bid since they wanna make their own content, so is Amazon Prime.
New CEO n Chairman may be announced soon
Also waiting for 10-k n Qtrly reports......
I would add at least $100M to the value of assets under my ecosystem
